Sentinova is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to help us grow our customer base.
We help businesses improve their online reputation by managing and responding to customer reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and OpenTable. Our platform uses AI to generate personalized review responses and provides businesses with customer sentiment reports so they can better understand what customers are saying about them.
For restaurants in particular, Sentinova gives owners and managers a holistic view of their reputation by combining reviews and sentiment analysis from Google, Yelp, and OpenTable.
We are looking for someone who has experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, phone calls, emails, and lead generation.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers by email and phone to introduce Sentinova’s review management services. Your goal will be to book conversations, generate interest, and help close new customers.
Responsibilities include:
Cold email and cold call local businesses, restaurants, service businesses, and other potential customers
Explain how Sentinova helps businesses improve their online reputation
Identify business owners and managers who need help managing reviews
Follow up with leads and keep track of outreach activity
Help bring in new paying customers
Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous BDR, SDR, sales, cold calling, or outbound outreach experience
Is comfortable making phone calls and sending cold emails
Can communicate professionally with business owners and managers
Is motivated by commissions and growth opportunities
Is organized and reliable
Can work independently
Has experience selling to restaurants, local businesses, SaaS, marketing services, or reputation management services — preferred but not required
Compensation
This role includes competitive hourly pay plus a strong commission opportunity.
For every customer you bring in, you will receive 50% of the first month’s subscription revenue.
For example, if a customer signs up for a monthly subscription, 50% of the first month’s payment goes to you, and 50% goes to the company.
