We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lawn Care
Maintenance & Snow Removal Technician. This role involves performing a variety of outdoor
maintenance tasks to keep residential and commercial properties looking their best year-round.
Responsibilities:
Lawn Care (Spring–Fall):
Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing grass clippings
Fertilizing and seeding lawns
Pruning shrubs and small trees
Weed control and bed maintenance
Seasonal cleanups (spring and fall)
Snow Removal (Winter):
Shoveling and snow blowing walkways, driveways, and entrances
Operating plows and snow blowers (if applicable)
Salting and de-icing surfaces
Responding promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
Experience in landscaping or snow removal preferred but not required (willing to train the right
candidate)
Reliable transportation to the company shop
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pesticide license is a plus and will have additional compensation
