Carisma Customs is growing, and we’re looking to add an experienced Window Tint Installer to our team. We are a high-end automotive restyling shop specializing in luxury detailing, ceramic coatings, paint protection film, window tint, and automotive electronics. With increasing demand, we’re expanding our tint department and looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in their work.
💼 Position Overview
This is a full-time position focused on high-quality window tint installations for a wide range of vehicles. You’ll be working alongside an experienced team in a clean, professional environment with consistent workflow.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $24 – $35 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

🔧 Responsibilities
Install automotive window tint with precision and consistency
Work on a variety of vehicles including daily drivers and high-end exotic and luxury cars
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Uphold Carisma Customs’ high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
✅ Requirements
2+ years of professional window tinting experience (required)
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Experience with high-end vehicles is a plus
