Carisma Customs is growing, and we’re looking for a talented 12-Volt Technician/Installer to bring their skills and passion for electronics to our team.

🔧 Position Overview:
As a 12-Volt Technician, you'll install and service a wide range of aftermarket electronic systems in vehicles of all types — including exotics, motorcycles, boats, and daily drivers. You'll play a vital role in crafting next-level experiences for our customers through clean, professional installations and top-tier custom work.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Install and troubleshoot 12V systems: car audio, marine audio, remote start, radar/laser systems, LED lighting, cameras, and more.
Perform custom installs on everything from supercars to side-by-sides to ski boats.
Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and use diagnostic tools effectively.
Disassemble and reassemble vehicle interiors with care and precision.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure top-quality work and customer satisfaction.
✅ Qualifications:
Previous experience in 12-volt installation, automotive electrical, or related fields is highly valued — but we’ll train the right candidate with a solid mechanical/electrical foundation.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong understanding of wiring, vehicle panels, and 12-volt electrical systems.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way every time.
