Core Accountabilities/Essential Duties/Responsibilities: This list is not all inclusive
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Mix and match paint colors accurately according to project specifications.
• Protect surrounding areas and surfaces using drop cloths, tape, and other protective measures.
• Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain all tools, equipment, and painting supplies in good working order.
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues encountered.
• Clean work areas and properly dispose of paint materials and waste.
• Assist with other related tasks as needed to support project completion.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in painting, coating, or finishing work preferred.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work at heights as required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Work Environment:
• Business casual, fun and positive, dynamic and fast paced
• Working hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm.
