Relocating for a software engineering job (Waukesha/Pewaukee)

I'm relocating to the Waukesha/Pewaukee area for a software engineering job starting on the 20th. I have an offer letter, excellent savings (enough to pay rent for a whole year), credit score of 720, and need to move by Friday. I'm looking to rent a house, or rent from a duplex or smaller apartment building.
