Looking for a studio/ 1bed. Credit isn't great @ 500 but no evictions or money owed to rental management companies. It is all collections from consumer debt gone unpaid due to a divorce earlier this year. Monthly gross is $3700 a month and I have been with the same company for 5 years. I can provide paystubs. Willing to pay a larger deposit for a landlord willing to work with my credit. No pets just myself.
