Hi I am a single mom with 2 daughters. I work full time and I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in August and it got discharged in October 2025. I’m rebuilding my credit I have no bills right now. No credit cards. I am looking to rent a 2 bedroom apartment preferably with washer and dryer in unit if possible. I would have a co signer if needed and I do have a great reference from previous landlord. No evictions and always paid rent early or on time. Budget is anything under $2,000.
