This apartment is for rent by an individual named John Gasparich, it is located on 28th Street near Pierce. This man is wildly unrealistic in his expectations. He doesn't want the windows open, the apartment is HOT as hell, there's no parking, the house stinks like cigarette smoke, and there is junk everywhere.
Save yourself the hassle, it ain't worth it. The worst 90 days of my renting life.
