Milwaukee Orthodontics is seeking a motivated, reliable, and patient-focused Part-Time Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the healthcare field, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a high-performing orthodontic practice.
Schedule
- Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- One Saturday per month: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Growth Opportunity: Potential to add additional days as the practice continues to expand
What You’ll Do
- Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas
- Support patient flow and ensure a smooth clinical experience
- Take records (photos, scans, X-rays – training provided)
- Educate and guide patients on oral hygiene and treatment expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
- Coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with patients and delivering great service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience
- Dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
