This is the Victory series 3 wheel scooter. It disassembles and can fit in the trunk of a car and back seat. It has the charging cord and plugs into any wall outlet for charging batteries 2. They charge directly from the assembled scooter. I have the receipt the scooter cost $4800 new. It is fully functional. They are selling on EBay for $2600. This model is heavy duty and has a weight capacity of 300lbs.
