Combination red light / near infrared light / blue light therapy panel. Can be used on a table top or mounted on a wall or over a door.
Includes door hanger, cable mounting kit, and pulley for height adjustment. Also includes a never-used set of eye goggles.

Three settings controlled by switches on back:
1 Red & NIR on (red 660nm wavelength, nir 810nm wavelength)
2 Blue LED on (415nm wavelength)
3 All lights on (this is the first picture, the NIR lights appear to be off because 810nm wavelength is not visible to naked eye).

Excellent condition, very light use.
