For sale is a I believe a 2004 ( Not sure of this Date ) a Simplicity Bradmore Lawn tractor 38 inch cutting Deck. The Motor was replace 2 years ago with a Briggs & Stratton 20 HP. The Lawn Tractor has a new Deck drive Belt and the new motor has a low oil cut-out switch which required some rewiring. I have been using the Lawn tractor for the last 2 years with NO Problems ( Starts and works just great ). If interested come over and try it out.
