No Battery: Will need a battery if you want to use electric start down the road. It has a pull-start backup, but bring a jump pack if you want to test the electrical side.
Tines do not move up and down: The mechanical aeration assembly is currently not cycling to punch holes. Likely needs a new belt, linkage adjustment, or a fix in the mechanical drive assembly.
