Gorgeous, handcrafted, by me, Black Walnut side table. The underside has been coated with 4 coats of polyurethane, sanded between each coat. The tabletop was sanded to a smooth finish then a Crystal Ruby colored epoxy was poured to fill and accent the cracks. Two coats of clear epoxy were applied over the top, sanding between each coat. The top then sanded with various sandpaper grits to achieve the smoothest surface as possible. Table top was then buffed several times using a polish to achieve a glass-like finish.
The heavy, vintage iron table base was stripped using a wire brush then sanded using a fine grit sandpaper and steel wool. A black satin paint was then applied.
This table is not only extremely sturdy, it is a one-of-kind gorgeous table. Would work in any room of your home and with any decor style.
Tabletop 22 5/8” at widest part x 20” and is 1 1/4” thick.
Table is 27” high.
