Black Leather Loveseat with two built-in reclining sections, 71 " wide x 41" deep, $100.
Black leather recliner, 46"x41" $50. No tears or damage.
Dining room table with built-in extension leaf, 66" x 42" without leaf, 84" x 42" with leaf that stores under the table. Pretty slick how the leaf hinges up when the table is pulled open. The table is in excellent condition but the 6 chair cushions have worn vinyl that is easy to replace if you have a staple gun, $200.
Antique Secretary, family heirloom, that has been passed down several generations. I was told it came to USA from Great Britain when my grandfather migrated 100 years ago. Hate to see this one go but no room in my new place. Mostly complete but some of the drawer pulls are missing. No glass at the curved door. It has never been renovated. Needs cleaning and touch up. $200.
Hand carved Oriental Coffee Table with glass cover. Heavy hardwood. Unknown origin. Has a little drawer. 1/4" glass top. Some minor wear on the dark wood. The lighter carved area under the glass is perfect, maybe a little dusty. $20.
Very solid Remington commercial grade file cabinet in perfect working order. Warning, It is pretty heavy. $20.
You must move any items yourself. Everything is on the 1st floor except the file cabinet that is in the basement.
