This chair has moderate use and is in very good condition. There are no rips, tears or stains and it comes from a smoke free/pet free home. The structure is fully in-tact and the cushion integrity is 100%. It is built very well, sturdy, comfortable and robust! The previous owner started to dye this chair dark brown but decided to buy something else. It can easily be finished. This chair is definitely priced accordingly.
