If you're looking for a clean, well maintained short order grill, this is your package. Includes a Rankin-Delux LP Char Broiler, Model 4223-C, 120,000 BTU, 4 burner grill with adjustable 23 X 42 grates. Purchased new in 2011 and fired less than 250 times, guaranteed. LP to NG conversions kit available online. Includes lava rock. Grill sets on a custom steel base over a SS table which is also fitted with a custom, maple butcherblock work surface in front of the grill. Loren-Cook 110VAC aluminum exhaust fan w/newer motor. Lighted stainless steel exhaust hood w/both baffle and screen filters & ticket rail. No suppression. Fitted with a removable 3 sided SS surround shroud between the hood and the grill. Was originally set up with direct through-wall exhaust. Will not split up unless I'm unable to sell it as a package. Easy, unobstructed ground level loading.
