Blissbury ear pillow, perfect for side sleepers with piercings, earplugs, and headphones. Husband used twice but it was too firm for his comfort. It comes with removable washable cover and a separate foam piece to put under to make the pillow higher. Sells for $55 on Amazon. Cover has a few wear spots from washing as seen in photo which won't show with a pillow case.
