I am putting out this review of E&M Landscaping LLC to warn people not to hire them. They will take your money and not come back. Sam will work out prices with you and ask for cash and never finish all the work. He will tell you they will be at your house between 9 and 930 and never show up. He did this numerous times to me. I paid them $4000 to build a cedar fence in my yard. First the fence is not cedar. It is cedar pickets with treated pine and cedar tone posts. Cheap stuff, it is already bowing in a bunch of places. I had 4 different fencing companies come over to see this and they were all horrified by what they saw. One took pics to show their employees what not to do. Posts not 24'' in ground, panels not attached, not enough concrete for posts, extra pickets over pickets to fill in holes, not level, missing corners, and already leaning because the posts were set wrong. Just look at the pics of the job they did. The fence is not even a month old. I have given Sam numerous opportunities to come over and take the fence out and give me a partial refund. He keeps telling me he is not the owner and cant make that decision. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay far away from this company.
