What You’ll Do:
Create: Develop fresh, innovative daily specials and upscale prepared items.
Lead: Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of quality, flavor, and presentation.
Manage: Oversee inventory, product ordering, and food cost controls.
Elevate: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment (health and safety protocols).
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Lead Line Cook, or Catering Chef.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques (gourmet/prepared foods/catering focus).
Creativity in menu planning and passion for high-quality ingredients.
Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
A "hands-on" mentality—ready to jump into any station when needed.
