St. Paul Fish Company is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to lead our team in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive team environment and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the front of house, ensuring a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests and employees.
• Supervise and train front of house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders and retail workers.
• Develop and implement service standards and procedures to maintain high-quality service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and special events planning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and front of house facilities.
• Monitor and manage inventory of front of house supplies and equipment.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote staff development.
