Just Like Mommy Childcare Center is hiring full-time Lead Teacher and part-time Aide.
We are seeking talented individuals who are passionate about teaching and possess an unwavering commitment to the children. Ideal candidate would possess entry level courses in Child Care.
We would love to have someone who fits right in with our staff. As a teacher, you will have access to supplies and materials necessary to carry out day to day activities and will be supported by management.
All of our employees have the potential to grow and advance with us as we expand as a company. We offer staff training and development opportunities throughout the year to help further each employee’s education and personal growth as well as enhance the classroom experience.

To plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum implementing lesson plans
To monitor and document each child’s progress
To communicate with parents about their child's day
To perform any and all tasks and duties related to the operation of a child care classroom. This includes but is not limited to:
To follow all policies and procedures as put forth by the Center
To have an understanding of pertinent licensing regulations and follow those at all * times. *
Maintaining classroom cleanliness, i.e.: cleaning and sanitizing toys, shelves, tables and chairs.
Changing wet or dirty diapers, clothing in the manner necessary if applicable
Serving and clearing lunch and snacks
Occasional substitution in other classrooms
To attend staff meetings and in-service sessions as scheduled
To accept guidance from on-site directors and administration as necessary
