Needs a battery or a charge from sitting too long
Motor can run but not well, I believe it has a broken valve spring in #6 (No compression). Probably a new head would be needed.
I believe it has a broken valve spring and don't have a place to do the repair where it can sit while I'm working on it. This is good opportunity for someone to flip I think.
