Selling my 2003 Chevy Silverado 3500 (2WD) dump truck with a freshly rebuilt LQ9 6.0L engine that’s been upgraded with a Truck Norris camshaft, pushing around 480 horsepower. I bought this truck as a project and decided to go all out on the build — everything inside the motor is new and done right.
The engine has only 5,000 miles since the rebuild and includes:
• New cam bearings, connecting rod bearings, and timing chain
• High-volume Melling oil pump
• New Melling lifters, pushrods, and rocker arms
• New valve covers and all gaskets replaced
• New A/C compressor, harmonic balancer, and knock sensors
• New fuel filter and dual brand-new fuel pumps
Starts up on the first try, runs strong, and sounds amazing. The hydraulic dump bed works perfectly, tires are in good shape, and the transmission shifts smooth. The A/C just needs a recharge, but everything else is ready to go.
