We're adding to our team in Wauwatosa. Our new Sales Support team member will handle customer accounts including returns, replacement units, and warranty certificates. Perform sales analytics on freight claims as needed to support sales initiatives and guide management decisions.
Utilizes our ERPs for Quality Assurance testing, mass data maintenance and order entry.
Maintains and updates the dealer portal.
Oversees sales technology and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
Well-developed organizational and analytical skills.
Solid background using office productivity software
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks to meet established deadlines.
Client relationship management experience
Well-developed communication skills to work with a variety of diverse people
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Keywords:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related education and experience required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales reporting, analysis, or CRM management
