💼 Job Type: Variable Hours
💵 Pay: $17-$19 an hour OR commission, whichever is greater

Pet Pros is looking for a passionate, skilled, and friendly Groomer to provide top-notch services in a clean, safe, and supportive environment. If you’re confident with breed-standard cuts and love building relationships with pet parents, this could be your perfect fit!

✂️ What You’ll Do:

• Groom dogs to breed standards and owner preferences

• Keep pets safe and happy during the grooming process

• Maintain a clean, organized grooming area

• Recommend retail products and educate guests

• Use our POS and scheduling system for check-ins and appointments

• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on grooming experience

• High school diploma or GED required

• Grooming education or certification preferred

• Customer-focused with a friendly attitude

• Team player who loves animals and learning

• Comfortable with grooming equipment and software

💪 Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 45+ lbs and be on your feet all day

• Active role including bending, kneeling, climbing, etc.

• Must be able to safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
