We are a growing real estate company transitioning approximately 100 rental units from spreadsheets into AppFolio Property Manager and are looking for an experienced AppFolio user or consultant to assist with onboarding and staff training.
Responsibilities may include:
Initial AppFolio setup and best practices
Property, unit, tenant, and vendor data migration
Rent collection and owner statement setup
Work order and maintenance workflows
Accounting and reporting guidance
Staff training and process implementation
General AppFolio troubleshooting and Q&A
Standard Operating Procedures
Ideally, we would like someone who can work on-site in Franklin, WI to train our team, though hybrid arrangements may be considered.
