This man, was absolutely, unhinged, off of a simple rental inquiry. He was immediately combative, "well I dont know your name, you tell me" ok... " how long? 12 months" "why do you require 12 months" "because thats standard in my past" "there is no standard in wisconsin that says that, so basically you are DEMANDING we give you a 12 month lease just because other landlords have done so"

I'm in limbo by now, this man clearly just wants a fight. and it makes ZERO sense. he keeps asking WHY 12 months as if there is some magical answer. but man...sob was for lack of a better word. a prick. I HEED you, PLEASE PLEASE do NOT call this number looking for housing help.
