Selling a size 57cm 2008 Pegoretti Duende painted in iridescent black with “ethnic” paint scheme. Purchased as NOS in June of 2020 from Stans Bike shop in Azusa California. Was supposed to be Stan’s own personal ride, but he never built it up and ended up selling it to me.
The Duende is made of Columbus Zona tubing. Oversized of course, but with more traditional tapered rear stays and conventional vertical dropouts. Is said to be best suited for someone seeking a comfortable all-day bike that does everything well. That really sums up this bike. Liked it so much I purchased another! I’m running out of space however, so I’m parting with some of my collection.
Please see the geometry specs for size 57…
Additional specs…
• Bottom Bracket: Italian threaded (36x24)
• Seat Post: 29.4mm.
• Headset: Standard 1-1/8in. Cane Creek 110 included.
• Fork: Original fork was a Reynolds Ouzo Pro. I have a preference for the True Temper Alpha-Q forks. That said, I had a GS-10 mounted to it during my ownership of this frame. I also have a Sub 3 available that was on my other Duende. Your choice.
• Takes a 31.8mm clamp for front derailleur.
I think I’ve covered just about everything. If you have additional questions, feel free to ask. If you're reading this ad the frame is still available for sale.
