PAYMENT:
$5 cash or Venmo.
Will only hold item(s) with a guarantee it's sold to you with Venmo payment and porch pick up at your convenience. Venmo is preferred.
Cash is first come and earliest pick up (no guarantee hold) or will promise to hold for multiple days if another offer comes through. Venmo is preferred.
I do not negotiate on my prices or entertain lower offers. Prices reflect fair value current resell market value found at thrift stores or internet resell shops.
LOCATION:
Porch pick up New Berlin, near Sunny Slope and National or police station meet up in Tosa, West Allis, Brookfield, Muskego, and some Western Milwaukee areas. Depending on my errands and time of day, I could consider meeting at other locations.
Additional delivery options:
- For free, I can porch drop off 0-5 miles from my home.
- For $1, I can porch drop off 6-10 miles from my home.
- For $2, I can porch drop off 11-16 miles from my home.
- I do not ship my items unless Venmo payment (no other types of payment entertained) is received first to cover packaging, postage, and my time. This makes the item more expensive overall, FYI.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Once you leave the property/transaction area, all sales are final, no returns. Please make sure all items are inspected before leaving with items. If clothing or shoes, you may try on before purchasing or I can refund you the Venmo payment before leaving property.
I will refund your Venmo if you don't pick up within 5 days of the agreed date and/or no longer respond to messages to agree on pick up day.
I also will refund via Venmo if you overpay.
Property is monitored with cameras, you are being recorded. Please reach out to me directly to communicate any questions or concerns.
