I've been building and selling these bikes for over 13 years. There's a reason people sell these bikes for dirt cheap and that's because it takes a certain skill and knowledge to build one of these bikes to be reliable. I have a whole shop to just building these motorized bikes and I stock every part and offer the customer support for there motorized bicycle after they buy one from me. Check out my Facebook page for current and previous builds. https://www.facebook.com/share/1BQCXLzDqR/
I have a beautiful 27.5 huffy Parkside 80cc up for sale. This is a nice steel framed bike with 27.5 wheels. Being steel means less vibration and a better ride. The bike has front and back v brakes hooked up to a dual lever which means on lever uses both front and back brakes. Before I build any bike I disassemble the whole bike regrease all the bearings true the rims and loctite all the bolts so nothing comes loose from the vibration of the engine. The engine I use is a pk80 80cc 2 stroke engine. Before I put the engine on the bike I go though the whole motor. I port every single engine I build and port match every port for better performance. On this motor I also added new viton double lip seals and better aftermarket clutch pads because I didn't like the ones that where on it when going though it. I also added a way better stainless steel exhaust. It's a little louder but the performance gain is worth it. All my engines are tuned for maximum performance and to be reliable. I decided to go with a 40 tooth sprocket on this bike so you have good take off speed with a good top speed. As I do with all my bike I use aftermarket hub mounted sprocket. This is probably the best upgrade you can do on a motorized bicycle. Not only does it make your spokes last longer it allows you to get perfect chain alignment. This is a nice bike and it's very comfortable to ride and it rides really nice. If you have any questions or would like to come look at it please send me a message thanks.
