Brand new 26 inch 100cc huffy cranbrook motorized bicycle. Let me start by saying I've been building and selling motorized bicycles for over 10 years now. When I build a bike I buy them brand new in the box. I regreese every bearing with heavy duty automotive grease. Not only do I grease everything I true the rims so they are perfectly straight. This specific bike I've been building for years. It's a great bike to motorized because its a steel frame has steel wheels with heavy duty 12g spokes. Every bolt is torqed property and most bolts are loctited so they never come loose. This bike uses a coaster brake in the back and I add a tektro heavy duty rim brake up front. I can't stress this enough every motorized bicycle should have both front and rear brakes. Now let's move onto the engine kit. On this bike I used a YD100 100cc 50x40mm one piece head engine. Normal 80cc engines are 47x40mm so you can bet there will be more power with this engine. I didn't stop there I ported this engine to get maximum performance. When I get the engine I go though the whole thing making sure everything is is tight well greased and properly built. I do not use the rag joint sprockets that comes with the kits I use CNC hub mount sprockets. Hub mount sprockets are so much better. They clamp on the hub instead of clamping on the spokes like a rag joint sprocket. Also with the hub mount sprockets you can make the chain perfectly straight which is super important with these bike. Exhaust has been port matched with the cylinder and modified by me for better performance. I also use a second clamp on the bottom of the exhaust so you don't have to worry about it getting loose. Carburetor has been modified by me and properly tuned and jetted for maximum performance. Clutch cable throttle cable brake cable have all been modified and cut to look good on the bike. Fenders have been reinforced and loctited so they don't come loose. Chain tensioner has been modified with a bolt though the frame so you never have to worry about it going into your spokes. This is a nice bike and it's fast and looks good. Alot of time has been spend building this bike.
