Fuji 12 speed bike. It was a joy to ride until I got old. I turned the handle bars over 4 years ago so I would not have to lean over so far. The super large wide seat cover was added on top of the original seat. The foam padding on the hand grips is missing. The bike works fine. I only road it for pleasure. Not sure of the age. Early 1980's? The tires are 4 years old. 27" wheels,
