Folding Bike Running E Scooter projects and E bike parts - $40 (east troy)

$40 - vintage folding bike, needs restoration
$100 - Electric scooter, runs, no batteries, still could use work
$120 - Both folding bike and E scooter, would be neat to put e scooter parts on folding bike to make a really compact folding e scooter. The seat and tires/wheels/motor/controls on the e scooter are all good
$60 - pair of sealed lead acid 12V electric wheelchair batteries
The E scooter is 24v motor, 500 watt, brushed. It would be easily run off cordless drill batteries or any common 12V batteries in series. I was planning on running it off ryobi drill batteries and ran it off electric power chair batteries to test it.
I also have some mart cart motors / stems for $25 each, they are 12V drive units found in electric shopping trolleys.
would also trade for other motors/controllers. looking for a little higher wattage/voltage for go cart kart minibike projects
