This is an all-metal, very rigid structure that moves smoothly on casters. The two front casters are lockable while the two backside ones aren't but they have height-adjustable "feet" next to them that can be set to hold it in place. It measures 52" long and the uprights measure 24" (from the floor). The base is built to support a considerable load.
If it's something you can use, you'll find it is well-built and in excellent condition. .
