In excellent (not new) condition, except for a 1" opening at the top of the shoulder. Needs a quick fix.

The dress is in excellent condition, except .... there was a flower on the front of the sash that is missing.
In the last photo see that there is a bit of damage to the neck band as well as the sheer panel over the shoulder, which is difficult to see.
