This is a new unit that was once a demo at a Menards, so it was outside for sometime but unused. We bought it with the intention to use it and never did and it has since sat as is since we bought it. Comes with everything we got it with, including brackets, rotisserie motor and spindle, grates and the side door. Appears this can be converted back to Propane and has been converted to Natural gas, I suspect this is a matter of removing the regulator as this is a convertible grill.
