The main entry door takes you up the steps to a large living room on your right, and a large dine-in kitchen on your left. The kitchen area also has a full sized, side by side washer/dryer in the laundry closet. The living room has a small private balcony, overlooking the back yard and parking.
The Utilities are paid by the tenant, including water/sewer, and electric. The apartment has new electric baseboard heaters with programmable wall thermostats, also new vinyl windows and entry door. More insulation was blown into the attic, as well, to help control the utility cost.
With the exception of the trains that run behind the apartments, and the cars racing at Slinger Speedway on Sunday nights, this is a quiet, 4-family building. Little Switzerland Ski Hill is 1/2 mile away, as well. There is fast and easy free-way access, a great school system, and very nice parks.
Unit 3 is pet free / smoke free, and available December 1st, and perhaps by November 28th. 1-year lease is required, also 2 years of recent and positive rent history.

If approved and you lease the apartment, $50 of fee goes to your ($950) Security Deposit. If approved but you do not lease the apartment, $50 is kept. If you are denied the apartment, $50 is refundable to you. $25 is always kept as a processing fee. Thank you.
