Rental Qualifications:
• No open or ongoing judgements for money, bankruptcies, or evictions
• No evictions filed in the last 2 years - regardless of outcome
• Combined net monthly income (take home pay) of 3 times the monthly rent
• Minimum credit score of 650
• Applicant may be denied rental after consideration of the nature and severity of the crime, Applicant age at the time of the conduct, and the amount of time that has passed since the criminal conduct occurred. Other factors may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
