This has been a great place to live! There are all your typical amenities with most apartments these days, but it is also very quiet, clean, and the staff are excellent. The management team is always very responsive and the maintenance team is also very efficient.
My specific apartment is also only one of two in the complex that has a large patio rather than just a small balcony. It is great in the summer!
