Thank you for your interest in Lenox Place Apartments. Our building is in a great location...walking distance to all the amenities of downtown Cedarburg. And we are only a few minutes from Grafton, just south of Port Washington and Saukville, and just north of Mequon.
And because heat and hot water are included in the rent, it is the best deal in town!

All of our units are two bedrooms with one bath for $895 per month. They are good sized units with plenty of storage in a basement storage locker, coin operated laundry in the basement, and air conditioning.
Utilities included in the rent are heat, water, sewer, and trash pickup. We do not permit pets of any type. And we ask that you have a steady job and good credit to apply. We also have plenty of off-street parking (no garages).
