The Madison High School Football Team is in need of volunteers to help out students in the weight room. These students are dedicated and determined and put hours per day in at the weight room and could really benifit from your knowledge and expertise. There are 10 coaches (most of whom are also volunteers) who are also dedicated to helping these students and split their time in the weight room. We are just looking for some professionals who can advise the students on the correct exercises, technique, form, streches.
WE NEED YOUR HELP IN TRAINING THESE STUDENTS THE RIGHT WAY!
