Multiple construction contractors within greater Milwaukee, Sheboygan, Washington, Waukesha, Ouzaukee and outlying cites have come together to create a union of dependable, trustworthy employees. Though it is not a company yet, and has no Owner the individual contractors remain independent in their skilled trade. However, The sole purpose of this collaboration is to create an awareness to protect homeowners from contractors that are not licensed, bonded, insured or even qualified to do the task at hand.
Along with awareness and protection, this collaboration is planning to input ECONOMICAL procedures and alternatives, HONEST flat rate estimates, and a new way of "Getting to know who is working for you!" Their will be a web page very soon on my space and the world wide web containing pictures of all employees, past work history, resumes, finished products and completion of projects.
The yellow pages and journal sentinels are now a thing of the past, besides being un-economical and costly they have a smaller impact on the community because of newscasts, radios and the Internet.
Our communities are being torn apart by foreclosures, and the streets are littered with for sale signs. Wouldn’t be nice if we all could save a little money?
Right now in real estate it is a buyers market, houses are cheap and the folks who have money to sit around are buying foreclosures and remodeling them waiting for the war to end, and the market to rise again. When this happens, the prices of houses are going to rise again and the people who invested in remodels and foreclosures are going to make a pretty penny.
Interested investors will have a contact number for the representative of the collaboration. He/She will listen to your concerns, money troubles and figure out the best way for you to make money with your home.
So keep in mind that their is a such thing as an honest contractor as long as their a part of Z UNION the most reliable and bonded: cornerstone of skilled trades.
NO JOB TO BIG OR TO SMALL THERE IS A CONTRACTOR AT * Z UNION THAT CAN DO IT ALL *

Interested applicants must have own vehicle, look presentable and be able to call 1-414-640-1572 for more information.

Interested homeowners, landlords and customers may send e-mails, pictures or specifications of the task at hand to receive an online estimate in effort to be more economical. If you are unable to do this or would prefer a contact number to receive an on the job estimate Michael can be reached at 1-414-640-1572 or Zunion@lycos.com
