ALOHA Milwaukee! Our Dates in Milwaukee are August 12th through August 18th, and the other dates are July 9th-14th. These dates are fairly firm considering we need lodging during specific event times for our business. We can do these 2 time period separately with different swaps, or 2 swaps with the same families for a longer vacation for someone in Kauai. We are looking for a 1 or 2 or more bedroom high quality home, condo or elegant furnished loft downtown that will sleep 3 or 4 (my family) and we need secure parking as well. We will be very low impact, as we will be working late every day we are there.
We are doing business at the Milwaukee Irish Fest, and Bastille Days as artists, and want to offer our beautiful 3 BR vacation home in Princeville Kauai at the new luxury resort "Nihilani" as trade while we work the show.
The dates of your stay in Kauai do not have to line up precisely with our needs as our vacation rental property is available year round, but we are looking to trade equal number of days for an appropriate higher end property downtown. We will exclude the Holidays, and prefer Fall travel, but other time frames for your stay will be considered, as long as we are not booked with another rental. Our calendar is fairly open at the moment, as we just started to vacation rent our townhome in Princeville, but the dates are filling up steadily.
