I will be traveling to Milwaukee for a wedding in early October. The exact dates would be October 2-5 a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
I am hoping that someone will offer me their apartment or home to use while I am there and in exchange they may use my one bedroom apartment in Madison, WI anytime within the next year for the same amount of time.
My one bedroom is located in the downtown area, just a few blocks from the capital square, close to many activities and events!
Brand new appliances, new paint, new carpet, new windows...very nice and clean. My apartment is roughly 550 sq. ft. with a full kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom. Perfect for a couple looking to travel in the Madison area, or a small family who doesn't mind some family members sleeping on a couch or air mattress in the living room.
This would be an even exchange! I would need your place for those exact three nights, but you could use my apartment anytime in the next year with at least a few weeks notice.
