It is a 1 bedroom west-facing apartment on the 6th floor of a 9 floor building. There are 2 elevators in the building. The bedroom is large enough fit my queen size bed, a desk and a dresser. There is also a decent sized closet. In the living room I currently have a full sized couch, a loveseat, a La-Z-Boy chair and coffee table in addition to my TV. The kitchen is recently remodeled and has laminate flooring, a stainless steel sink, full size refrigerator, electric stove and tons of cupboard space! I also currently have a full size kitchen table up against one wall in the kitchen (I had it from my old house) it is a bit of a tight squeeze - but it does fit!
The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a sliding door. There is also a sink, medicine cabinet and toilet. Water is included in the rent and it is ALWAYS hot. There is also really great water pressure! There is a linen closet with tons of shelf space in the hallway right next to the bathroom. There is also a coat closet in the hallway.

There is a nice laundry room in the basement of the building - there are approx 8-9 washers and 8-9 dryers. (Similar to a dorm laundry room)
There is a 24-hr Fitness Center in the basement.

I have a storage unit in the basement for no extra charge and it will be given to whomever sublets the apartment.

The building is locked and has a security system. Heat, water, sewer and cable are included in the rent. All you would have to pay is electric (usually about $25 a month) and internet (if you want - $35 a month).

I have an above-ground parking space in the lot attached to the building - parking on the Eastside is hard to come by. The spot is $75 a month and is optional to whoever takes over my lease.

Up to 2 cats are allowed. Additional $250 security deposit.
