The sublease would start anytime after December 25th and continue until August 15th (or earlier, whatever you need)
The bedroom is quite large, with a porch off the back and a nice sized closet. There is one bathroom, which is also a decent size. The living room and kitchen are an open space, with a porch off the front (perfect for the block party!). The apartment is on the second floor. Laundry is included, washer and dryer are brand new, in the basement. Parking can be purchased on a month-to-month basis behind the house for $65 a month. You will be living with 3 other girls, all who are very chill and nice. I ask that only girls apply to this ad, since my current room mates are uncomfortable with guys living with them. The apartment is close to campus, and the Kohl Center, as well as a grocery store.
I am subletting because I am transferring to UWM next semester.
Do not hesitate to contact me for pictures of the room/apartment. I did not want to post them because spammers are weird. The photo posted is of the Mifflin Co-op, which is on the same block as the apartment!
