Looking for a subleaser from December 1st to May 31st. House is a duplex at 3032 N Downer, half a block south of Kenwood. We have the upper which is 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. My 3 roomates are all female and in the education program at UWM. Its less then a 10 minute walk to the union from the house and its right down the street from Quiznos, the panther book store, and the tanning place. Rent is $400 a month which INCLUDES HEAT AND ELECTRICITY! Cable/internet is $25 a month so the monthly budget is really a great deal. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, but the washer has been having some issues which should be fixed shortly. Our unit gets 1 parking spot in the driveway and one in the garage, but with one of the tenants below only being in town for business every 5 weeks we are able to park a 3rd car in the driveway that blocks the other tenants garage spot. Only 2 of my 3 roomates have cars here so if you have a car you should be able to replace where I have been parking. My roomates are really nice and like to keep the place clean, but they do like to have people over and throw parties occasionally.
