I have to sublet my downtown 1 bedroom apartment in the lower east side area because I recently bought a house. The apartment has a very large balcony that overlooks a large amount of green space. It is close to transportation, restaurants, bars, etc. This apartment comes with FREE HEAT. Kitchen includes dishwasher and microwave oven. There is ample closet space: 1 closet in entrance way, 1 in dinning area, 1 adjacent to bedroom, and large closet in bedroom. The apartment is equipped with A/C. Indoor parking is available for an additional charge. The apartment is available now and you can move in whenever you'd like. I am including November and December rent and you can keep my security deposit at the end of the term! The lease goes through 7/31/10.
